Hey everyone! I’m Ole, and I’m excited to join this amazing community and learn more about Calisthenics especially statics!
🌍 Where I’m From: I am from Germany
💪 Why I’m Here: I’m here to learn mostly statics like planche, front lever and one arm Handstand but i am also interested in freestyle.
🔎 My Skill Level: I’d say I’m currently at the beginner/intermediate stage. I can do 4x5 +30kg pull ups and dips, I got an roughly 8s one leg front lever and an roughly 5s adv. tucked planche.
