I'm nearly transitioned
Former weight lifter, now nearly fully transitioned to cali...
I now understand and know all of the exercises to have a full, strong and balanced physique.
But there's one question on my mind...
What about the side delts?
There is no lateral exercises we can do without weights...
Maybe resistance bands will do ?
But will they do a good enough job ?
Or will pike pushups and handstand pushups do the job?
