Guys, I’ve got a problem. Right now I can do 10 pull-ups, 20 dips, and 33 push-ups, so I was thinking about starting to practice muscle-ups. The issue is, I realized I need explosive pull-ups for that, and when I tried, I could only do 4. I’m not sure how to improve them or what kind of routine would help build explosiveness, since I’ve never really trained for it before. Any ideas?
