First HSPU
Today I got my first hspu after working on it for a year and a bit and I just wanted to give a huge thanks to you guys and who create this amazing community that helped me build workout plans,give tips for improvements,etc.
The hspu is bad form ,so any tips on how to improve the banana back,etc would be appreciated 😁😁
