Help with Handstand
My hand stand is improving… but still not great. Please let me know how to improve. Specifically my arched back but anything is appreciated

Ive been thr and probably most of us. i think its your wrist - which push back too much in response to you tipping over (like wht happened to me) if it is this js do more freestanding hs attempts and ur body will start learning on how to control the force in your writs in response to ur body tipping over (or opposite).And i think your too close to the wall aswell.
I can get the 1 arm front lever this year?
Now I can hold the 1-arm front lever with an even thinner band, I think it is 5-7kg, with the other arm I can't hold a full, so I did a 1 leg. I also did a front lever with 10kg in my thigh for fun, just see how much lean I have with this weight distribution, its not the same putting 10kg in your legs, in your thighs, or in your waist, in the legs it would have been impossible, and in the waist too easy.

I don't know enough or have enough experience to judge or know when you'll hit the 1 arm Front lever ,but i do think u could do it and probably quite comfortably in a year considering that you are pretty consistent and is already on the thin band with full progression and 1 leg.

Energy drink
I was just wondering.. Do you guys ever have energy drinks like monster or something as a pre to your workout,cause I sometimes have and the effects are not that bad, though most of my mates keep on telling me how its not that useful however I've also seen calisthenics influencers have energy drinks as pre or during workout.Whats your thoughts on this

@Chan Woo Park my main focus is getting better at hspu so I don't mind not having a fully empty stomach.

First HSPU
Today I got my first hspu after working on it for a year and a bit and I just wanted to give a huge thanks to you guys and @Simon Imhäuser who create this amazing community that helped me build workout plans,give tips for improvements,etc. The hspu is bad form ,so any tips on how to improve the banana back,etc would be appreciated 😁😁

Hi, I'm Ibrahim. I have everything I need to start transforming my body, but I have so many questions in my mind, like what are the best sets and reps for muscle building, and will my training schedule actually change my physique? I keep going back to square one, and every time I start, questions pop up that make me stop training. 😮‍💨😮‍💨

Go to utube watch a few videos on programming, ask this community for tips then make a program doesn't have to be perfect-stick to it while still learning more and improve you program over time.
