Hello everyone! This community is awesome and I hope it keeps growing.
To the point 😊: I’m kinda stuck in my handstand journey which is what’s stopping me from even doing a free handstand push up. I’m not really sure what I’m doing wrong besides I sometime arch. The feeling I have when trying to balance is that I’m falling forward. Here is a small video of what I would call a “good” attempt 🤣 all tips and criticism are welcome! 🙏
