🤸‍♀️Coaching Update
Hi warriors, Hope you're all doing fantastic! Weather in Switzerland is finally sunny and warm which means one thing: outdoor workouts are back. 🌞 Today marks the last session of my 12-week coaching block with my Italian coach. Strength and endurance up remarkably. The routines were no joke though still adapting if I'm honest haha I wanted to share one of my latest combos with you. Is there any part of this flow you'd like to learn or break down? Drop it in the comments.👇 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾Feel free to book a free 30' consultation call should you be interested in 1:1 online coaching: https://calendly.com/calisthenicsclasses-info/30min Saludos, Coach G 🤸

Hi warriors, I hope you are progressing! Some of you may know, that I'm being coached by a very skilled gymnast/calisthenics athlete in rings skills. Three months have passed and I've improved by a lot. Pike Handstand Presses are today a piece of cake. In the past something I could only dream of lol... ANY WAYS even better news: Last Friday I had a personal training session with Anita. Anita has been a yoga teacher for over 20 years. She's 69 years old and decided to start calisthenics. I think that's extraordinary. Not because it's unusual to start at 69. But because she simply decided: now. No "am I too old for this." No "this probably isn't for me." Just curiosity and the willingness to learn something new. Age is not a reason not to start. Sometimes it's just an excuse we tell ourselves. If you feel like you need some guidance and a more structured approach, feel free to reach out. Let's make it happen. By the way me telling you I'm undergoing coaching is not to be taken as a sign of incompetence or lack of knowledge. He is simply skilled in a field I'm not. However it SHOWS once again, that with a clear program and structure what seems to be impossible becomes POSSIBLE. 🫱🏾‍🫲🏾 Saludos, Coach G

Yesterday I took your advice @George Santos and kept the rest time short (1-2min) between my 50 pullups and 100 pushups. I felt *PUMPED* it was awesome! Thanks man! Other than exercise, recently I've upped my animal food intake (meat, eggs, cheese, butter) significantly while still fasting and results really show. The other photo is from me two years ago.
