Yesterday I took your advice and kept the rest time short (1-2min) between my 50 pullups and 100 pushups. I felt *PUMPED* it was awesome! Thanks man!
Other than exercise, recently I've upped my animal food intake (meat, eggs, cheese, butter) significantly while still fasting and results really show. The other photo is from me two years ago.
