1st day back after 6 long weeks restricted. Started with Keith's upper chest giant set. 4 sets, 16 reps, 4 position bench angle, weight 10, 12,12,12 lbs. Feels great. Then a 30 minute interval run on treadmill. Such a great 1st day back and thanks to Kieth
