In the last two years I’ve lost a tremendous amount of muscle mass and am now dealing with loose skin over my entire body. I am desperate to try and start resistance training again despite my chronic pain. I have to do something to change the trajectory of my physical and mental future and start living again after 15 years of living life on the sidelines. I fortunately discovered Keith’s YouTube videos and feel his approach is one that I can follow despite my current physical decline. I hope that lifting lighter weights can become the foundation to hopefully start building muscle at 58. Keith, is there any particular advice or wisdom you can provide to help me begin to rebuild my body?
