Nobody tells you thins when you're younger
Here's something nobody tells you when you're younger: The gym doesn't get easier. You get smarter. At 20 you push through everything. Amazing workout
Today was a great workout, chesr and biceps.. and boy my biceps and chest are swollen.. been ages since the looked and felt this way.. I'm loving this new program!!

Mainly not seeing the belly fat getting smaller, andy scale is going the wrong way.. I've went from 218 to 226 in a month and a half.. but I've been working out 5 to 6 times a week..along walking right afterwards.. kind of lost on reason why.. my diet is pretty right on point
Intro of myself
Hello, my name is Chris, i am 56 yrs old, last yr i was diagnosed with hypertension, and was told i needed to loose the weight, or else.. last 5 months i have changed my diet and started back at the gym. I always have worked out, but last 10 yrs for some reason i gave it up. Well not anymore, I'm not ready to leave this world yet. I look forward to using Keith's program as well getting the help of the community.

My BP now is in normal range, but want to get off these meds is my goal asap . As for weight it's been steadily holding at 220, but I've been loosing water and some fat. My stomach and love handles has shrunk.. my energy is off the chain right now, huge difference from 5mths ago.. i work out 5 to 6 times a week, and as well walking. I can see my definition returning, starting to recognize the person in the mirror now
