Brojo, is lovely platform, i have got some real crazy insight from your course. It has shown me some of my trauma responses that are beautifully being recognized and giving me clarity with beauty
Why did I choose to do this course (what I was hoping to learn from it)?
I chose the course, cuz i realize i have a lot of SHAME and Embarrassment inside of me, that i need to neutralize.
What was the most helpful thing I learned in this course?
Being shameless is the real thing, let the world JUDGE You if they like, do not worry.
What actions did I try as a result of doing this course?
Im implementing by doing little acts of courage by posting vides of self., and know that people will judge or make comments but it doenst matter now.
Who do I think this course is best for?
It is best for people with codependancy issues, and people who have been raised by narcissists etc.
