Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and employees, providing technical support and guidance to resolve a variety of IT issues. Your expertise and excellent communication skills will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology functions seamlessly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, offering effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Assist users with account management, software installation, and configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system updates, patches, and upgrades.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to enhance user knowledge and efficiency.

Qualifications:
