Yum Pistachio Gelato - Kayali

I got this as a sample - more than anything as I was intrigued to see if it really does smell like pistachio ice cream.

On the whole - yes.......and no.

There is a nutty profile in both the opening and the dry down, however, its not the most prominent note to my nose. Moreover the dominant scent is a mix of vanilla, marshmallow, and faint floral. As you would interpret - this combines to create a relatively feminine sensibility, its light and sweet, not overly sickly, but leaning somewhat in that direction, I suspect if it was sprayed heavily it would risk being a little cloying.

I'm finding that it doesn't project or last all that long either.

All that said, its not an unpleasant aroma, but likely not one for me.
