Weekly Wears - 2/28-3/8

Just over a week of wears here in the Arizona desert.

We’ve had classic early spring Phoenix weather with cool mornings in the upper 50s/low 60s warming quickly into the mid-80s and even low 90s most afternoons. Lots of sun, dry air, and big temperature swings, which makes it easy to rotate between fresher daytime scents and deeper evening ones.

Rotation this past week: Neptune’s Trident, Absolu Aventus, Pacific Chill, Carnival – Ferris Wheel Sunset, Les Sables Roses, Dragon, The Oracle, Blue Talisman, The Oracle, and Red Fever.

Neptune’s Trident has really become a favorite for both the gym and the “spring” heat of AZ, and it just works here. Pacific Chill and Blue Talisman handled the warm afternoons well, while Dragon and Les Sables Roses were great once the sun dropped. Absolu Aventus and Red Fever ended up being my church scents on back to back Sundays. I’m actually layering these (Red Fever Body Butter and 1 spray on back of neck, then layering Absolu Aventus)

Zaharoff The Oracle also arrived Thursday. I wore it Friday and again Saturday night for a date. That will tell you a little about how much I enjoy this one so far, but I’ll cover more on that later.
