Aficionados of classic men’s perfume know this one. This 1985 year-round classic from the quiet but great house Caron is such a smooth, classy, masculine fragrance: lavender, citrus, cloves, and spices. It’s inspired by the famous Orson Welles movie The Third Man.
This might be slightly too elegant for everyday wear but it is far from merely a formal-setting fragrance. I’m wearing it today to a graduation party. I’m confident only the classiest men under 30 would be interested in wearing it.
