The Parfums order update
Some of the brothers have had success with ordering from theparfums.com , while others have had trouble getting their merch shipped. When I placed my order for Grand Soir, I immediately got an email saying, "The last item in your order is being processed. - Tracking details will be updated shortly. We appreciate your patience while we finalize your full delivery."
Knowing what some of the brothers have reported, I took it with a grain of salt, knowing it would take some time to get the order shipped. But after 3 weeks, I decided to press the company, to see if they would give me honest information. I received this response:
"Hi, Thank you for asking for clarification.
“In processing” means your order has been received and secured in our system, but the merchandise has not yet arrived at our warehouse for final shipment. The delay in this case is due to a vendor delay, which means we are currently waiting for the item to be delivered to us. Once it arrives at our facility, it will be packed and shipped out immediately, and tracking will be emailed to you.
We understand that the wording can be confusing, and we appreciate you giving us the opportunity to clarify. If you prefer not to wait, we can of course cancel and issue a full refund at any time.

So, their first email response is misleading, but they will come clean if you inquire. Not exactly the best customer service or communication, but I set a 7 week time limit on the purchase, so 3 weeks to go lol. I'll keep you guys posted.
