SOTD - Valentines Day

Today I’m wearing Orrisilla from Ibrahim Fuhaid. It was my birthday present last year and is a wonderful Iris with a fruity floral twist. Marketed as feminine, I think it’s more unisex. The scent reminds me of Dior Homme Parfum with a sweet fruit twist.

I’m working a wedding this evening, so it’s a great opportunity to wear one of the more romantic fragrances in my collection.

Iris/ orris is rapidly becoming one of my favorite notes. I love the powdery floral texture and the way it radiates off my skin. If Iris Obsidian is the hyper masculine leather version of the note, Orrisilla is brighter, sweeter opposite. They are yin and yang to each other and a good way to round out the week.
