SOTD: Idole Eau de Parfum by Lubin

First time trying this house and it’s good. The inspiration behind the Idole line epitomizes my interest and philosophy. To me, the notes described are accurate, but nothing really stands out or “wows” me like I thought it would. I would definitely wear the scent again and maybe it will grow on me more but at this point I’m glad I only got a decant and not a full bottle as there are other fragrances I’m more likely to gravitate towards. I also got a decant of Akkad, so I’ll give that one to go as well.

Top notes are Rum, Saffron, Bitter Orange and Caraway; middle notes are Ebony Wood, Woodsy Notes, Incense, Olibanum, Sugar and Palm Tree; base notes are Leather, Amber, French labdanum and Sandalwood.
