Naughton & Wilson / Chypre Fulminare

— a bit cooler here today so I went with something a bit more robust from N&W : Chypre Fulminare.

Top notes are Ylang-Ylang, Lime, Lemon and Orange; middle notes are Pepper, Incense and Leather; base notes are Vetiver, Oakmoss, Labdanum, Ambergris and Castoreum.”

— I’ve seen this described as a more appealing higher quality version of Aramis, old school chypre, opening is strong and settles into delightful vetiver scent which I am a big fan of. Definitely more for the mature crowd. Has just that little bit of funk in it to keep it interesting…
