SOTEvening: Day Three Escandalo

#1 from the set.

It’s sweet on first spray with lime and guava and a bit of green notes. I really like the open but then the dry down starts to show through after about 20-30 mins. In the dry down it becomes a bit bubblegummy and begins to resemble the Invictus DNA which I'm not a fan of. The notes say it’s from daisies and it doesn’t smell synthetic. The mid notes also have a bit of rose but it’s not overpowering. The bubblegum sweetness stays through to the base notes but becomes more subtle and starts to mix with some woods which is white oud (didn’t know that was a thing).

So I really like the open and base but the mid is not my favorite. Still a pretty good scent but probably not full bottle worthy for me.

I don’t normally rate but since I have the set this one gets a 6.5-7/10.

No idea on total longevity yet but I have had it on for about 2 hours and it’s still going strong. Very decent projection as well.
