I'm not the biggest fan of Creed, but I was given a sample of this a couple of years ago, and it sat in my collection patiently waiting for me to get over my shit and give it a chance.

I went completely anosmic to the opening. I sprayed the usual 6 sprays (inside elbows, back of neck, stomach, collarbones) and didn't smell much. I know better than to think I need to spray more, but I was sorely tempted. It stayed that way for the next few hours, but as the day goes on, the iris and tonka bring out that powdery texture that I've become such a fan of lately. But then it also goes crazy and the sillage dials up to 12. What was a quiet, slightly intimate fragrance turns into a roaring beast. I'm 12 hours in, and it still smells like I just sprayed it. It's honestly a bit overwhelming.

I think next time I wear this, I will only spray 3 or 4 sprays to keep this from being so thick.
