Parfums de Marly Carlisle edp
A delicious gourmand scent yet very masculine and dark
Vanillic, spicy, woody, sweet, warm, green apple (very short) opening
Very elegant, mature, serious, formal type of fragrance
Not overwhelming or overpowering
Great for office and date nights
Earthy, ambery, balsamic, nutty, bit peppery, woody, musky, bit creamy on dry down
Very soothing on dry down and is quite addictive
Great projection and sillage
Great longevity, stays long as skin scent
Can last over an 8-hour shift
Typical PDM bottle: heavy deep glossy black, solic metallic cap, good atomizer
Great overall performance
I highly recommend PDM Carlisle ⭐⭐⭐⭐
A supposed clone is Maison Alhambra's Cassius edp
Cassius projects stronger but does not have the longevity of the OG
Cassius is more peppery on early dry down
For a fraction of the cost, it does the job real well
