Nose Training — Has Anyone Tried This?

Brothers, I’ve been thinking about taking my fragrance journey a step further — specifically, training my nose to pick up individual notes and nuances better.

Has anyone here ever used any note training kits or olfactory sets for practice? I’ve seen a few options online (some for perfumery, some for hobbyists), but before I pull the trigger, I wanted to hear from the group:

👉 Did they actually help improve your note detection?

👉 Or is it better to just train naturally — through daily wearing and mindful smelling?

Would love to hear what’s worked for you guys. Trying to go beyond “I like this scent” to really understanding what I’m smelling.
