Mail call! (And question on bottle damage)

(First off: Totally support the nobuySept philosophy. That wasn’t for me as such a new collector and small collection.)

Just got my most recent order, and first time ordering from FragraneNet.

Question: the bottle of Club de Nuit Sillage was damaged coming out of the box. I realized after I yanked it out that it was because the little circle charm connected by a chain was glued to the box. It seems it was facing the wrong way; and therefore was making the whole bottle stick to the box. When I yanked it out, the charm remained stuck to the inner side of the box and broke off. Should I complain about this?
