Keeping track

Hi everyone, pretty new to the world of perfume so still lots of stuff to discover & learn. Now I was wondering how you keep track of the perfumes you've smelled? I tend to make lists and notes so I have this note where I write some stuff, but it feels very chaotic since my explanations for some smells aren't very detailed ("smells too sporty for me" for example).

So: where do you keep track? And what are the things you make sure to jot down regarding your opinion on specific perfumes?
