I just wrapped up the classroom session and decided to experiment with the Scent Conditioning Technique—and wow, it works.
Instead of using Mission Fragrances (as Antonio suggests), I went with my Hugo Man by Hugo Boss. And let me tell you, even after just two days, I could already feel the effects.
The moment I sprayed it, I noticed a shift—like my brain immediately started gearing up for the state I had conditioned it for. But here’s the key: actively thinking about the emotions tied to that state makes a huge difference. It’s like giving your mind a shortcut to the right mood and mode.
It’s crazy how something as simple as scent can become a mental trigger for focus, motivation, or confidence. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out!
