Fragrance Review: Carthusia Uomo by Carthusia

The opening is a green with some citrus undertones. At 15 minutes I am picking up some spice which is now accompanying the citrus notes. At 30 minutes I am now smelling the floral tones like Jasmine and Lily-of-the-valley while still getting some spicy and green accords. 60 minutes into the wear, the fragrance has turned into a semi-sweet and musky scent which is soft and very pleasant. On dry down the fragrance is putting off a semi-sweet, musky, and soft wood scent that is very well blended and wears very nice on the skin.

Performance of this fragrance is moderate with the longevity being around 5 to 6 hours. The projection is nice with the fragrance creating a scent bubble of about 18" for about 90 minutes. Sillage is a scent trail of about 2 feet for about 90 minutes as well.
