Ambree Sultan by Serge Lutens - classic Amber and aromatics

This one is a dry almost smoky amber - not sweet like many more contemporary ambers- it's aromatic and slightly spicy with many common green and herbarcious notes common in perfumery in the early 1990s

All the notes are well blended and create a complex aromatic resinous scent like dry winds across sun baked desert flora. Like the promise of Summers to come or the memories of Summer nights past.
