9PM Elixir by Afnan is an Oriental Spicy fragrance for women and men. The nose behind this fragrance is Imran Fazlani. Top notes are Cardamom, Nutmeg and elemi; middle notes are Pimento, Leather and Lavender; base notes are Vanilla, Patchouli, Labdanum and Rock rose.
