Last week was a testament of following my body type plan and seeing the weight come off. I had put on a couple pounds after celebrating my birthday and lost it all and a couple more pounds this past week. Developing habits for my body type (getting 7-8 hours sleep, smaller portions, cut back on bread/gluten, only have a glass of wine on the weekend). I am also motivated to lose some more pounds because I will be on Maui for 2 weeks at the end of July.😃
