But internally…
the system is trying to stay safe.
👉 And here is the paradox:
You need to take action to change your life…
but taking action can feel unsafe.
So what do we do?
We don’t force big change.
We start small.
One step.
One breath.
One moment of showing up.
Because action is not something you wait for.
Action is something you create.
And every small step teaches your body:
it’s safe to move
it’s safe to try
it’s safe to change
You don’t need to feel ready.
You need to be willing.
