How are your FEET today?
If you sit all day, your pelvic floor doesn’t stop working.
It often starts bracing.
When the pelvic floor braces, the abdominal wall follows.
Breath becomes shallow.
Hips tighten.
Low back compensates.
So we start from the ground.
