Hello from the midwest!

I’m a new dad to a beautiful daughter, my wife and I are approaching 5 years of marriage, and we spend most of our free time serving at our church's youth group. I’m the owner of two Augusta Lawn Care locations: Evansville, IN and Henderson, KY. I started out as the neighborhood kid pushing a mower down the street. Five years ago, right after getting married, I looked into what it would take to build a truly successful business, found Augusta, and never looked back. This year, we are officially on pace to eclipse $1M in revenue for the first time! My Current Constraint: Leadership. Frankly, it stems from a personal lack of discipline and holding myself accountable. The Goal: I want to scale to a GM+ model across Southern Indiana (Around $2M). My strategy to get there is simple: stop changing the plan, start tweaking the systems we have to dial them in, and build an airtight culture of accountability.
