Retatrutide and energy los what to do

I have question,

My wife is on retatutride for 13 weeks now she lost a lot of weight but t she has lost here energy.

We started low at 05.mg and slowly worked up to 2.5 mg a week ( one shot a week)

She eats enough protein and carbs and fats and has a good balanced diet but the last weeks here energy is low,

Any advice to bring up here energy (Sarms or peptides),
