What matters more to you: testosterone or keeping your hair?
This is the part I want to hear from the community on. A lot of guys want higher testosterone, better performance, better energy, all of it. But once hair loss enters the conversation, priorities change fast. So I’m curious where everyone here stands. Would you rather keep testosterone more conservative to protect your hair, or optimize testosterone and deal with the hair side separately? And if you’ve actually dealt with this yourself, share what you noticed.

My hair is already gone before starting TRT so I choose testosterone
Would you choose Enclomiphene over TRT?
Most people assume TRT is the only way to optimize testosterone. In this short clip, Connor explains why he preferred enclomiphene, highlighting the flexibility it gave him while still helping him reach the testosterone levels he was aiming for. It's a perspective that gets people talking because everyone has different priorities. 📺 https://youtube.com/shorts/M0REIbHXaGM Question: If your goal was optimizing testosterone, would you choose Enclomiphene or TRT, and what would be the deciding factor for you?

No I have done enclomiphene my test went up but my estrogen was out of whack, I had no sexdrive and didn’t feel good, Now a little over one year I’m on TRT and I’m feeling good in every aspect of life. I don’t say enclomiphene isn’t good but for me it didn’t workout as hoped
You can sleep for 8 hours and still wake up feeling like you barely slept.
The biggest mistake people make is measuring sleep quantity instead of sleep quality. Deep sleep is where growth hormone is released and your body repairs itself. REM sleep is where your brain recovers, consolidates memories, and restores cognitive performance. Alcohol, a warm bedroom, and eating too close to bedtime can all reduce the sleep stages that matter most. Tonight, change just one habit. Skip the late-night meal, cool your room down, or avoid alcohol before bed. Then come back tomorrow and tell us... Which habit did you change, and how different did you feel when you woke up? 🎥 Watch the full Short here: https://youtube.com/shorts/MRMmcPt-gCU

I sleep the best if I don’t have any food at least 3 hours before bed then my body can fully rest, I can also see this at my data from my Garmin.
RIP CONNOR MURPHY
Sad day for the fitness and self-improvement community. Whether you followed Connor from the beginning or discovered him later, it's hard to deny the impact he had on an entire generation. He inspired millions of people to step into the gym for the first time, build confidence, overcome insecurities, and believe they could become a better version of themselves. Over the years, Connor evolved far beyond fitness. He constantly questioned ideas, explored new perspectives, and challenged people to think differently. You didn't have to agree with every conclusion he reached to appreciate his willingness to explore, learn, and push boundaries. His passing is also a reminder that curiosity and experimentation should always be balanced with caution. Progress comes from asking questions, but it's just as important to respect the risks involved and prioritize safety. More than anything, let's remember Connor for the motivation he gave so many people to improve their health, pursue their goals, and believe they were capable of more. Rest in peace, Connor. Your influence lives on through the countless lives you changed. I'd love to hear your favorite Connor Murphy memory or the video that inspired you the most. Let's celebrate the positive impact he had on so many of us. 💙 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eEfQlYD7AiE

Need help understanding what’s going on (TRT & Rad140)
I have a question for more then one year I’m on TRT my protocol is eod 45MG test E. I feel good recovery is oké but every time I take RAD140 10-15mg a day after 3-4 days every things goes up energy, recovery, HRV up , resting heartfate down. First time I thought it was I was getting fitter and that sort of but the second time i went on Rad140 exactly the same, I have the feeling my test is working way better or let say I can use it al, My training is hybrid I do strength training 3x a week and I cycle competitively (crit racing), Can someone help me understand what’s going on in the body when I ad Rad to my TRT protocol, Thanks in advance, Kind regards Lakis
