WE DID IT (First Time) - 30-Day Best Self Protocol FINSIHED!🌟
Hello, my fellow action-takers! It's February 1st and that means we have completed the first edition of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥™!🎉 What a ride it's been and I hope you've gotten closer to seeing some of the results you've been looking for as well! 🙏🏼 After doing something like this, I always take a moment and reflect on what I've learned and gotten from it. ➡️ I definitely got into a better rhythm regarding my reading and bedtime habits, which I'm really happy about. Have really missed reading before bed, and really think this challenge was what I needed to push me to start the habit again. Not going away currently! 😅 ➡️ I'm happy to be back to a healthy and sustainable eating schedule again, and once again aligning more with the person I want to be 🙂 ➡️ I've gotten a lot more tiny habits that are really making a big impact in getting me in the right direction.. The power of tiny changes! ❕ ➡️ I definitely feel the intentionality and power behind being so active in creating the everyday life I want to, in order to align with my higher self. Been really great, and hope you've felt this as well! 🙏🏼 ❔So what's next?❔ We'll definitely be doing another round of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥™, probably with some tweaks and reiterations, so please share your thoughts and experience in the comments below. Would love to make the next one even better! 🙌🏼 (how does March sound to you?) 📌 Until then, I hope you will continue to carry this great energy and intentionality with you towards it. I know I probably will be taking one or two days off here and there (because balance is key), but overall there's truly no better feeling than BEING the version of yourself you want to be. And be proud of yourself! Because THAT is how we become our Best Self.. PS. To anyone who did not get to join this time around, but has been following and wondering if a fit for you or not, please take a chance on yourself. There is no way you will regret it. Either you make huge progress towards who you want to be, or you find out that certain habits and things are NOT aligned with you - which is STILL progress!. Counting Down The last Days Of The 30-Day Best Self! 😀
Hello fellow visionaries! I hope you are still with me for day 22 and therefore being 3/4 through the 30-Day Best Self Protocol. 🙏🏼 I hope you're still going strong and finding the discipline to show up every day as who you want to be, and see the results it is producing – because I certainly am. 🙌🏼 I've really gotten a lot more into the routine and feel way less resistance than when starting out. Everything is flowing more, and it really feels amazing to align more with a higher version of myself, and show up the way I actually wish to do. 😀 I wished to start 2025 off on the right foot, and I'm so happy I made this commitment (no matter how big) to show up with intention and discipline and continually grow 1% closer to my best self every day. 🙏🏼 Exactly this practice I've emphasized since last week and now take 5 minutes each evening to reflect on the question of "How to be just 1% better tomorrow?" 💭 It's really helped me zero in on even the small habits keeping me from where I want to be, and has definitely been a big part in removing some of the resistance and strain I was feeling. 🙂 Even though there's only ONE week left of the 30-day protocol, I don't see myself deviating from these practices anytime soon. Not because of the challenge and outcome, but simply because of the daily intention and progress I see it creating, and how much I believe in the ripple effect it will have... - I might even add a couple more rules to continue the challenge (𝘪'𝘭𝘭 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘶𝘱𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥😅) The last couple of additions from last week are still making a great impact - so keeping them around, and will keep showing up! 🙌🏼 💭 Not sure if something for you? 💭 To anyone out there who's thinking of starting a "challenge" or a period of time with some certain habits and rules, or really just a kickstart to some habits taking you closer to the person you want to be, I don't think I'm alone in saying that the difficult thing really is starting. Yes, it gets difficult to continue at times, but in my mind, not starting and always feeling that you're wasting your potential, is even harder...

8 Days Of The 30-Day Best Self Protocol🌟
It's January 9th and therefore day 8, and week 1 completed of the 30-Day Best Self Protocol!🙌🏼 It's been amazing starting the year off with such intention and determined energy towards a clear vision, and I definitely feel the pull of acting in alignment with the person I want to be. 🙂 However, it hasn't been all easy.. I haven't missed a day of the challenges, but I definitely feel the change of routine, and most noticeably getting used to having new routines where I normally don't. Particularly my reading before bed, which Is a routine I have held dear for a while, but recently slipped out of due to other focus areas, and now find it difficult to incorporate again. However, I definitely believe that it's just some getting used to, and consciously keeping in it mind will make it easier.. So we'll keep going, and keep showing up. After all, I know it is what my Best Self would want! 😀 BUT... I would love to know.. 8 Days Of The 30-Day Best Self Protocol🌟
Halfway Through The 30-Day Best Self Protocol!🌟
It's January 16th and therefore day 15 of the 30-Day Best Self Protocol - which also means being halfway through 🙌🏼 I'm starting to feel really great about being back in a really rewarding routine, and I definitely feel the distance of the Holiday activities and more looseness. 🙏🏼 Last week was all about getting back into the routine, but now it's about embracing it and optimizing it even further, to align even more with the person I want to be. 😀 One thing I've really noticed is how big of an impact getting back to a clean diet has been. I've finally lost the craving for sugary food, and don't think of it to be a "reward" or "guilty pleasure" anymore. I would rather be without - 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘐 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘮𝘺 𝘉𝘦𝘴𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘭𝘭! I'm still getting into the preferred routine of proper bedtimes and reading before going to sleep, but it's also improved since last week. I'm also in a period of my life with a lot of other priorities, and therefore emphasize self-acceptance, and remember that I cannot do everything at once.💭 I've also added a lot of new habits/routines that aren't part of 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟑𝟎-𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐥™ - some older habits I wanted to reignite, including morning sunlight, grounding and breath-work, and others entirely new like doing a 3-minute Ice Bath each morning. Some have more resistance than others, but overall I'm really proud of the progress so far, and know that it's just a matter of continuing, and improving day by day.🙂 So we'll keep going, and keep showing up! 🙌🏼 𝐀𝐋𝐒𝐎.. What's The Best Book You've Ever Read?💭
Reading has changed my life... Even as someone who despised reading growing up. 💭 that was until I read my first non-fiction book called "Think & Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill more than 5 years ago - and that changed my life forever.🌟 Since I have read more than 100 books, and always strive to expand my horizon, while balancing implementing the lessons in a practical matter to continually get closer to my Best Self..🙌🏼 This is why I will start reading a new book for the 30-Day Best Self Protocol, with the focus on growing my mindset and mental capabilities, perception and outlook on life and fulfillment, and understanding of self.🙏🏼 For this reason, I would love to hear what books you have previously read that have had a big impact on your life?
