It's January 9th and therefore day 8, and week 1 completed of the 30-Day Best Self Protocol!๐๐ผ
It's been amazing starting the year off with such intention and determined energy towards a clear vision, and I definitely feel the pull of acting in alignment with the person I want to be. ๐
However, it hasn't been all easy..
I haven't missed a day of the challenges, but I definitely feel the change of routine, and most noticeably getting used to having new routines where I normally don't.
Particularly my reading before bed, which Is a routine I have held dear for a while, but recently slipped out of due to other focus areas, and now find it difficult to incorporate again.
However, I definitely believe that it's just some getting used to, and consciously keeping in it mind will make it easier.. So we'll keep going, and keep showing up.
After all, I know it is what my Best Self would want! ๐
BUT...
