Week #16. Sunday Check -In
Hola Movers! I hope everybody is enjoying the weekend and excited for another training week.
As always, keep it simple:
• Aim for your 3 sessions
• Revisit the basics
• Focus on quality, control, and awareness
Make sure to take a few minutes today or tomorrow to plan your week. Those who schedule their sessions ahead are the ones that stay consistent and the ones that keep improving week after week.
Also, don't forget that you have access to the Barefoot Breaks (inside each level) for those days that time is even more limited.
Live Sessions This Week
• Tuesday – Comeback (Levels 1–3 focus) – 7:30am PT
• Thursday – Comeback (Levels 4–6 focus) – 7:30am PT
Show up live if you can — that’s where you get the most coaching, feedback, and refinement.
Please don't forget to go through the Movement Foundations Test If you haven't yet. It is great information to have plus also a simple way to measure progress.
