Test #3. Quadruped Hover. Your Turn šŸ‘‡
Give the quadruped hover a try and let me know how it goes for you. Move slowly into position and notice your breathing, core engagement, and how stable you feel while hovering.
Pay attention to whether you can maintain control without holding your breath or collapsing through the shoulders or hips.
After testing it, drop your score below (0–3) and share:
• What did you notice?
• Did it feel stable or challenging to hold?
• Any questions about the movement?
If you can, feel free to upload a short video or picture — I’ll take a look and give you feedback.
This will help me better understand where you’re at and guide you in the right direction.
Remember: this is not about doing it perfectly — it’s about understanding your body.
