You’ve probably heard me talk about the importance of keeping — or restoring — the suppleness of the spine. It’s one of the biggest keys to feeling good, staying capable, and moving with ease as we age.
That’s why I’m hosting a special 30-minute Spine Foundations Class inside our community.
In this session, we will:
✅ Assess your current spine mobility and control
✅ Explore simple drills to start improving how your spine moves
✅ Learn how the spine connects with the rest of the body
✅ Build awareness that supports every movement you do
And after the class, I’ll stay on to answer questions, offer suggestions, and give coaching to anyone who needs it.
