👉 Remember — these short 7 sessions are not just training, they are also powerful assessments of your current situation. Today’s focus on the calves, hip flexors/quads, glutes, pecs, and lats can help you identify which areas are more sensitive and holding you back.
💬 After going through the session, drop your numbers (1–10, with 10 being extremely sensitive) for each muscle group on both the left and right sides. This will start painting a picture of where your body may need more attention.
