This class is open to everybody inside the Barefoot Movers Community 👣
We’ll be focusing on simple but very important foundational movements that help improve:
✅ mobility
✅ stability
✅ coordination
✅ posture & core function
✅ movement efficiency
✅ and overall body awareness
These are the types of movements and foundations we continue building throughout The Comeback program.
This session will be beginner-friendly and accessible for all levels, but also a great opportunity for those already training to revisit and refine the basics.
We’ll also stay afterward for:
• questions
• form checks
• modifications
• and discussion around specific challenges or limitations
I would love to see as many of you there as possible 👣
