The first live coffee chat just finished and I'm really starting to love the energy of just hopping on with no agenda or notes. 😂 My dream for this community is for it to be a space where women can feel hope, peace, and encouraged throughout their journey of bettering themselves and nourishing their body. I love the idea of having an open dialogue JUST for US to vibe, so I definitely want to make these coffee chats a regular thing - would that be something you'd like to see more of?

Hello! I'm Nicole, and I'm from a lot of places lol but currently living in Canada :) I joined the Balanced Body Project because at some point in the last couple of years I realized that I don't really know how to eat properly 😅 I wanted to learn how to eat properly to properly nourish my body, and I also want to learn how to make healthy and balanced meals so I can help my husband meal prep since he works first responder shifts so he doesn't always have the time or energy to make lunch. I also recently found out that I'm pregnant, so honestly I just want to set my family up for success! Looking forward to learning a lot from this community!

I’m so excited (and honestly so proud) to officially kick this off with you. This challenge is not about: 🚫 restriction 🚫 punishment 🚫 “starting over” because you did something wrong It is about: 💛 learning how to fuel your body without stress 💛 building habits that fit into real life 💛 creating balance you can actually maintain 💛 feeling stronger, more confident, and more at ease in your body Over the next 12 weeks, you can expect: • Simple, balanced meal guidance (no extremes, no tracking pressure) • Clear structure so you’re not guessing what to do • Education around food + movement so you understand why things work • Support, check-ins, and accountability inside this community • A focus on consistency, not perfection Tomorrow we’ll start slow and intentional — no overwhelm, no “all or nothing” energy. Just showing up, one step at a time. If you’re feeling nervous, excited, skeptical, or even unsure — that’s completely normal. You don’t need to feel “ready” to start. Happy New Year, my Balanced Body Project fam 🥂💛
Before we jump into goals, plans, or “new year, new me” energy — I just want to say this: You don’t need fixing. You don’t need extremes. You don’t need to punish your body for last year. If anything, this new year is an invitation to slow down and come back into balance. I know a lot of us are coming off the holidays feeling a little off — physically, mentally, or both. And that’s okay. That’s life. What matters is how we move forward together. This year inside this community, we’re focusing on: • Balance over burnout • Consistency over perfection • Learning what actually works for your body • Feeling strong, confident, and supported And I’m really excited to share that we’re starting the year with something I’ve been working hard on 👀✨ The Balanced Body Reset is coming. It’s a guided 12-week challenge where we’ll focus on: • Building balanced meals that actually keep you full • Setting realistic goals (no extremes, no pressure) • Understanding food and movement without guilt • Creating habits you can stick with long-term Think: structure + support + real life. More details coming very soon — but for now, I want you to think about this: 👉 How do you want to feel in your body by the end of this year?
