I’m so excited (and honestly so proud) to officially kick this off with you. This challenge is not about: 🚫 restriction 🚫 punishment 🚫 “starting over” because you did something wrong It is about: 💛 learning how to fuel your body without stress 💛 building habits that fit into real life 💛 creating balance you can actually maintain 💛 feeling stronger, more confident, and more at ease in your body Over the next 12 weeks, you can expect: • Simple, balanced meal guidance (no extremes, no tracking pressure) • Clear structure so you’re not guessing what to do • Education around food + movement so you understand why things work • Support, check-ins, and accountability inside this community • A focus on consistency, not perfection Tomorrow we’ll start slow and intentional — no overwhelm, no “all or nothing” energy.
