I had the absolute honor of spending the day with the dedicated team at the Museum of Aviation for an interactive leadership workshop using the True Colors personality assessment.

We began with a deep dive into our individual strengths and blind spots, then expanded our focus to better understand the unique ways our teammates are wired. This powerful process helped us explore how to create stronger, more supportive, and more effective workplace dynamics—built on empathy, communication, and mutual respect.

But we didn’t stop there. We also talked about self-leadership—the importance of keeping ourselves full mentally, emotionally, and spiritually so we can continue to pour into others without running on empty.

This team is truly remarkable. Their passion for honoring aviation history is only matched by their commitment to shaping the next generation. Through education, outreach, and mentorship, they are transforming the legacy of aviation into a launchpad for the youth of Middle Georgia and beyond. 🚀
