Hi everyone, great to be here I started calisthenics bout 3/4 weeks ago and I am loving it, last week I managed to hold a handstand for 5 seconds! Whoop
My goal is 30 seconds, maybe a muscle up and a flag which would be epic!
I can't remember what else was suggested to write about,
