Handstand
I've been practicing my handstand and so far I seem to have gotten the posture down. The only thing I'm noticing is in my left shoulder, front delt area there's a pain that appears that doesn't allow me to hold the handstand for more than a couple seconds before giving out. Anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?
