I wanted to share a little something about myself.Being in this group has motivated me more than I expected.Reading everyone’s stories reminds me that I’m not alone—and that showing up matters.Years ago, I hurt my back and it still creeps up sometimes.I was told to stop working out, that pushing myself would only make it worse. Instead, I chose belief over fear.I didn’t quit—I learned, adapted, and stayed uncomfortable. I’m getting stronger 1% every day.Not to prove anyone wrong—but to prove to myself that I’m capable. Handstand
I've been practicing my handstand and so far I seem to have gotten the posture down. The only thing I'm noticing is in my left shoulder, front delt area there's a pain that appears that doesn't allow me to hold the handstand for more than a couple seconds before giving out. Anyone have any advice on how I can fix this?

That makes sense, I've been keeping my shoulders close to my ears but never really paid attention to how forward I could be sinking. I'll aim to fix this next time, thanks!
