Action plan 1: 8/30
Every day is a diferent fight, but each time you see some progress, it's like Meeting a new version of yourself grateful for all what you did. Today for first time I was running at 6 miles per hours.
I try straight leg raises and I discovered I'm not half bad. I'll keep improving that.
About my pull ups I reduce the weight to 100, (I weight 185 lb) and I did 2×8.
