The Best Broccoli
A few years ago, I accidentally discovered that broccoli can be a delicious breakfast. I’m calling it Cayenne Buttered Broccoli. It’s super simple.
  • Add generous serving of butter - contains healthy fats and is the best source of butyrate
  • Put your portion of broccoli in a convection toaster oven to roast it. The way this roasts the broccoli gives it a consistency that practically melts in your mouth!
  • Add salt to taste - a needed mineral
  • Add black pepper to taste - increases bioavailability of many nutrients
  • Add cayenne pepper to taste - increases gut microbiome health and kills off bad bacteria
